Cassandra Sterling graduated from in 2006 from Athena High in Rochester, New York with honors, where she was active in extracurricular activities including: soccer, volleyball, band, and cheerleading. Cassandra is a very down to early person who has a great strength in connecting with people and loves to bring forward the best in others. She has several years experience in interpersonal relations working in both the Health & Well-Being Industry and in elderly care.
Her dream is to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals who have survived experiences of hardship. Her own challenging life experiences have strengthened and inspired her in this direction. Cassandra is currently a college student at Monroe Community College pursuing her Bachelor’s in Human Services with the intention of becoming an Addiction Counselor. She currently works at Courageous Hearts as a Public Relations Associate, where she hopes to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
